Please read these terms carefully before booking. By making a booking with London Moverz you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Our Services
London Moverz provides man and van hire, house removals, office relocations and related moving services across London and surrounding areas. Services are provided by London Moverz ("we", "us", "our"), operating from Southfield Road, London W4 5LD.

2. Bookings & Quotes
All quotes are provided in good faith based on information supplied by the customer. Quotes are subject to change if the actual volume of items, access conditions, or distance differs materially from what was described at time of booking.
- Bookings are confirmed once you receive written or verbal confirmation from us.
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion.
- Quotes do not include congestion charges, ULEZ charges, parking fees or permit costs unless explicitly stated.
3. Pricing & Payment
Our standard rates are £50/hr for 1 man and van, and £65/hr for 2 men and van, with a minimum charge of 2 hours. Rates may vary for specialist jobs, long-distance moves or out-of-hours work.
- Time is calculated from our departure from the depot to return, or as otherwise agreed.
- Payment is due on completion of the job unless agreed otherwise in advance.
- We accept cash, bank transfer and card payments.
- Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra stops, or work not included in the original quote.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the job: no charge.
- Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the job: 50% of the minimum charge.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the job: full minimum charge applies.
- We will always try to accommodate rescheduling requests subject to availability.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring:
- All items are ready to be moved at the agreed time.
- Adequate access and parking is available at both collection and delivery addresses.
- Any items that require special handling (fragile, antique, valuable) are clearly identified before the move.
- You have the right to move all items — we cannot transport items that are stolen, illegally obtained, or prohibited by law.
- Children and pets are kept away from the work area during the move.
6. Liability & Insurance
London Moverz is fully insured for goods in transit and public liability. However, our liability is limited as follows:
- We are not liable for damage to items that were not packed by us, or items in poor condition prior to the move.
- We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging supplied by the customer.
- Claims for damage must be reported to us in writing within 24 hours of the job being completed.
- Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement value of the damaged item, up to a maximum of £100 per item unless otherwise agreed.
- We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
7. Items We Cannot Move
For safety and legal reasons, we are unable to transport:
- Hazardous or flammable materials (petrol, paint, gas canisters, etc.)
- Illegal items or controlled substances
- Live animals or plants (except by prior arrangement)
- Items requiring specialist medical or scientific handling
8. Complaints
We take complaints seriously. If you are unhappy with our service, please contact us within 48 hours at londonmoverz@gmail.com or +44 7897 383022. We will aim to respond within 3 working days.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available at londonmoverz.co.uk/terms.
